Clear package terms
VPN time and traffic are separate from the lifetime software license. A package ends when its time or traffic allowance runs out. A newly delivered package replaces the previous subscription; unused traffic and days do not carry over. Each package starts when its dedicated subscription is assigned, with immediate delivery when prepared inventory is available. Otherwise the package waits for preparation. Undelivered paid refill packages can be cancelled for a full wallet refund.
Traffic is shared across devices, not granted separately to every device. Usage shown in the account is the last client report and may be delayed; actual traffic limits are enforced by the VPN provider. Volume is measured as 1 GB = 1,073,741,824 bytes.

No. The software license is lifetime. The included VPN package lasts 180 days or until its 400 GB quota runs out.
What happens when I buy a refill?
The newly delivered package replaces the previous subscription. Unused time and traffic do not carry over. Your software key stays the same.
When does a package start?
Its time starts when a dedicated provider subscription is assigned. Delivery is automatic with available prepared inventory; otherwise the order waits for preparation.
Can I cancel a package that has not arrived?
An undelivered paid refill can be cancelled in the VPN account page for a full wallet refund. Delivered packages cannot be cancelled through that action.
